Practice At Home Before Going Out With Your Dentures
In the first few days of wearing your dentures, try to get used to them at home so you do not find yourself struggling with adhesive while out in public. Practice talking, smiling, eating, and drinking in the comfort of your home. You will soon discover which foods should be avoided, as well as how to react quickly if your dentures happen to slip out of place. If your dentures do need upgrading, they are sent out to a laboratory with new measurements and then sent back to your dentist.
